➤ WHAT LABEL SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

You’ll need to measure your containers to determine what label size you need. Do not measure the entire container. Only measure the area you want your label to cover.

If you’re not comfortable doing that, send me the link to the exact containers you ordered and I’ll try to figure out the label size that way.

If you’re not comfortable doing either of those, you can always mail the containers to me and I can measure it for you.

NOTE: It is your responsibility to make sure you request the correct size to fit your containers so it is important to measure properly. I can’t guarantee you are ordering the right size without measuring your containers myself. Your order will only include one size per label. There are no refunds, redesigns or reprints for ordering the wrong size so please be 100% sure the size you ordered is correct. There will be an extra fee to adjust the size once the design process has started. ➤ WHAT IF I NEED A CUSTOM SIZE? Tap here to get your custom quote. ➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with the following:

1. Your High Quality Logo File*
2. Your Label Size (width x height)*
3. Your Product Title*
4. Design Examples (for me to reference) Need inspo? Tap here.
5. All Design Details You Want To Include (product container size, directions, ingredients, benefits, warnings, contact info, etc.)

➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review. Once you approve your preview + give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. Print orders do not include the digital file.

➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new design so make sure to send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.

➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

All labels ship 7-14 days *from the date you approve your design for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.
