➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with the following:
- Your High Quality Logo File
- Your Mailer Size (length x width)
- Design Requirements (from your printer)
- Design Examples (for me to reference)
- All Design Details
➤ WHAT SIZE MAILER SHOULD I ORDER?
Gather all items you’ll be putting in one mailer. Arrange them the way you expect them to be packaged in the mailer. Measure the group of items at the longest, widest and tallest points to determine the minimum dimensions. You’ll get 3 measurements. Select the mailer size that’s closest to your measurements without going under.
If you’re still not sure, place a ruler along each side of your group of items and send me photos. I can try to figure out the measurements that way. And if you’re not comfortable doing either of those, you can always mail the items you’ll be putting in a mailer to me and I can measure for you.
NOTE: Your order will only include one mailer size. There are no refunds or redesigns for ordering the wrong size so please be 100% sure the size you ordered is correct.
➤ HOW DO I FIGURE OUT THE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS?
Contact the company that will be printing your mailers and ask if they have any templates or information your graphic designer should know. They may provide files, size suggestions, design requirements, etc. This step is important to ensure we get everything right the first time to avoid extra fees for edits/changes in the future. If you are using an online printer, send me the link to the product page and I’ll try to find the design requirements for you.
➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?
After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review. Once you approve your preview, I’ll send a temporary link to download your high quality files and close the order.
NOTE: This order is for a single-side design. If you need a double-sided design, there will be an extra fee.
➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?
Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new design or a different size so make sure to specify the size you need + send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.
➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY FINAL FILES?
All digital design previews can be expected 3-5 business days *from the date you send all details for your order. If you chose the rush option, you will receive your design in 1-2 business days.
