➤ WHAT SIZE BANNER SHOULD I ORDER?

Start by deciding where you’re going to hang your banner and how much area you want it to cover. Then grab a tape measure and let’s measure!

Let’s start with the WIDTH. Place the very tip of your tape measure on the left edge of the area you want your banner to cover. Pull it tightly across to the right edge. Make sure the tape measure is straight, no slanting. Record that measurement or take a photo for me to reference.

Now let’s do the same for the HEIGHT. Place the very tip of your tape measure at the top edge of the area you want your banner to cover. Pull it tightly down to the bottom. Make sure the tape measure is straight, no slanting. Record that measurement or take a photo for me to reference.

Select the banner size that’s closest to your measurements without going under.

If you’re still not sure, take a photo of the entire area you want your banner to cover and send it to me. I may be able to figure out the size that way.

NOTE: There are no refunds, reprints or redesigns for ordering the wrong size so please be 100% sure the size you ordered is correct.

➤ HOW DO I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Reply to that email with your logo file, all information you want to include + any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design.

➤ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After I’ve received and reviewed your information, I’ll reply to your email with confirmation and start the design process. Once your design is ready, I’ll send a preview for you to review.

If you ordered the design only: Once you approve your preview, I’ll send a temporary link to download your high quality file and close the order.

If you ordered a printed banner: Once you approve your preview + give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process. Print orders do not include the digital file.

➤ WILL I RECEIVE A ROUND OF REVISIONS?

Yes. Your order will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include a new design or size so make sure to send any design examples that you’d like me to use as inspiration for your design and request the correct size.

➤ WHEN CAN I EXPECT SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

All vinyl banners ship 7-14 days *from the date you approve your design for print. You’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and shipped.

➤ IF MY BANNER HAS WRINKLES, HOW DO I REMOVE THEM?

Wrinkles will disappear over time, but if you want to speed up the process, place your banner under a heavy flat object. To avoid creasing, don’t store anything on top of your folded banner.

➤ HOW CAN I HANG MY VINYL BANNER?

Metal grommets are included to make it easy to hang your banner/backdrop! They will already be installed. You can use string, rope, pinhooks, tacks, removable command hooks, etc. to hang your backdrop from the metal grommets.

If you don’t want to use the grommets, you may also attach removable command velcro strips to the back of your banner/backdrop and to the surface you’ll be hanging it on. That makes it easy to take it down and put it back up as needed.
