– HOW IT WORKS –
1 – Deposit + Documents
After submitting your $99 deposit, we’ll gather all content for your website (files, product info, photos, etc). Don’t worry! I’ll provide a questionnaire to make this part easy.
2 – The Boring Stuff
After gathering content, it’s time to pay the remaining balance, set up your domain name, hosting, etc. Don’t worry! I’ll guide you through the entire process.
3 – Take A Break
After all accounts are set up– it’s my turn. I’ll custom build your website from scratch. I won’t stop until the job is done. Your website will be my number one priority.
4 – Review + Approve
After completing your design, I’ll send a preview for you to review and request changes. Once all changes are complete and you give final approval – your website will go live!

What pages are included with my website?
Every $499 website includes:

If you need additional pages or products, no worries! Price for additional pages or products depend on the complexity of the pages/products you want to add. Email me for a quote.
Will I receive a round of revisions?
Yes. Your website will include a round of revisions to request changes. This round of revisions does not include different designs, layouts, platforms, new pages, products, plugins, fuctionalities, etc. so make sure to provide the correct information + send any design examples you’d like me to use as inspiration.
If you still want to make changes after using your round of revisions – no worries! Price for additional changes will depend on the complexity of the changes you want to make. Email me for a quote.
Will I be able to manage my website myself?
Yes! I will give detailed instructions on how to manage your website.
Can you update my website for me?
Absolutely! Price depends on updates requested. Email me for a quote.
What other fees will I have to pay?
There are 4 fees you need to consider when planning your web design project:
1 – WEBSITE DESIGN FEE
This is a one-time fee paid to me, your website designer. The non-refundable $99 deposit + the remaining $400 balance = $499 total.
2 – DOMAIN ACQUISITION FEE
This is a one-time fee paid to the registrar to secure your domain name. Prices start at $10+ depending on availability and popularity.
3 – WEBSITE HOSTING FEE
This is a monthly fee paid to the hosting provider to provide a place for your website to live on the internet. Prices start at $20+/mo depending on the plan you choose.
4 – DOMAIN MAINTENANCE FEE
This is a yearly fee paid to the registrar to keep your domain name working. Prices start at $10/yr depending on options you choose.
Can you tell me about the promo flyer design that's included?
Every website design order includes a promo flyer design to help promote your new website! This design will be customized for you. It will be sized for social media and delivered when we finalize your website.
How long do I have to pay the remaining balance after I make the deposit?
You have 30 days from the date you make your deposit to send all information/details for your website design + pay the remaining balance. After 30 days, you will lose priority status and may be subject to new pricing. Please make sure you have time in your schedule before making your deposit and going on this journey with me.
How long do I have to review my website and use my round of revisions?
You have 7 days to review your site and request any changes. After 7 days, you will lose priority status and may be subject to new pricing. Exceptions can be made for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. Just keep me updated.
What if I don't have all the content for my website?
It depends. If you’re missing something minor, we can proceed. If you’re missing a lot of content/information – we may have to put your project on hold.
Here are a few examples:
Missing a few product photos? No worries! We can add them in later.
Don’t have your terms, conditions, or policies? No worries! I can add in standard ones that you can edit to your liking. (You are responsible for making sure the terms, conditions and policies work for your business.)
Don’t have your product list together? We may put your website on hold until you get organized.
Can I add client scheduling to my website?
Yes! I suggest creating an Acuity account and book all your appointments that way. That is the most popular option + the easiest to integrate into your website.
This is how it would work:
1 – Sign up for an Acuity plan here. Prices start at $16/month. You would enter all your services and pricing there.
2 – I can create a design for your Acuity page that matches the look of your website. You can add that on here for $65.
3 – I will link your Acuity page to your website so your clients would be able to book by just tapping “Book Appointment”.
What platform/CMS (Content Management System) do you use?
Squarespace or WordPress – whichever you prefer!
Can you build me a Wix, Shopify or Subbly website?
Maybe! Email me for a quote.
What if I already have a website? Can you spice it up for me?
Maybe, it depends. Email me and we’ll discuss.
Can I use my $99 deposit for a different product or service if I change my mind?
No. Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It helps cover the time to setup your project, organize your website and keep my schedule open for your website build so please be 100% sure before making your deposit.
Is the final $400 payment refundable?
If I haven’t started building your website, up to $200 of the $400 final payment is refundable. There are no refunds if I’ve already started building your website. No exceptions.
Do you have a cheaper alternative?
Yes. If you don’t want to pay $499 for a complete website build – you could build your own website and I can create the visuals/graphics for you. With this option – you would receive digital files that you plug in yourself. I would never touch your website. Interested in this option? Email me for a quote.
